One-on-one guidance from someone who's analyzed dozens of factoring contracts and knows exactly how these agreements work — and where the exit doors are.
Our Contract Escape service gives you the detailed analysis and personalized guidance you need to exit your current factoring relationship on the best possible terms.
We read your actual agreement and identify every clause that matters—termination terms, ETF structure, UCC scope, cross-defaults, auto-renewal language, and more. We tell you what you're actually locked into.
Based on YOUR contract's specific terms, we build a custom plan. We identify your exit doors (when you can leave, what it will cost), timeline options, and negotiation leverage. Not all contracts are equally restrictive.
We walk you through the buyout process step by step—what to expect when your current factor tries to retain your business, when NOAs get sent, how to minimize funding gaps, and what questions to ask your new factor.
We explain how to get your UCC lien removed cleanly, including when factors try to hold it hostage as leverage. We show you what to demand and what's unreasonable.
When your current factor realizes you're serious, they often drop their rates to keep you. We help you prepare for that conversation and decide whether staying makes sense or if leaving is still better.
Upload your factoring agreement to our secure form. Your contract is kept confidential and encrypted. We never share it with third parties.
Within 2 business days, we complete our review. We identify the key clauses, calculate your ETF, map your termination options, and build a custom exit strategy tailored to your contract.
We schedule a call to walk through your options. We explain the contract in plain English, discuss what your exit will actually cost, talk through timing, and answer all your questions. You'll know exactly where you stand.
We're available via email to answer questions as you execute the buyout. Got a question about an NOA? Confused about a UCC release? We're here to help you through to the finish line.

Dozens of factoring contracts analyzed across the industry's major players — from household names to smaller regional factors.
We know the playbook for every major factor—their typical termination terms, UCC practices, buyout timelines, and retention strategies.
We're independent. We don't work for any factoring company, don't receive commissions from factors, and aren't incentivized to push you toward any particular exit strategy.
We speak carrier language. We understand the reality of factoring from your side of the desk—the cash flow pressure, the complexity of broker relationships, and why contracts matter.
We complete reviews within 2 business days of receiving your contract. Rush reviews are available—email to ask.
No. We never require you to sign an NDA with us. Your contract and our findings are confidential by default. We won't share them with your factor or with other clients.
We analyze contracts from all sizes of factors. If your factor is new to us, we'll review them just as carefully as anyone else. We also provide context for how their terms compare to industry standards.
Almost any contract has a way out. It might be costly (a high ETF), or it might require waiting for a renewal window. But there's almost always a door. We'll show you what it is and what it costs.
Long terms are common (2–3 years). But all contracts have termination clauses—a date when it expires, or a notice window to exit. We'll find it and explain your options.
For the Full Contract Escape service, yes. We're available via email to help you navigate the buyout process, answer questions about NOAs, UCC releases, and any issues that come up. For Contract Review only, you get the written analysis but not the ongoing support.
Ask your factor for a copy. They're required to provide it. If they refuse or drag their feet, that's a red flag in itself. Let us know—we can advise on how to push back.
We can coach you on what to say and what to expect when they try to counter your exit. We can't negotiate directly on your behalf, but we'll prepare you to negotiate from a position of knowledge.
That's fine. Sometimes the analysis reveals that your rates and terms are actually competitive. Our job is to show you what's real, not to push you in any direction.
Our analysis is for your own use and understanding. We're not lawyers, and we don't provide legal advice. For legal disputes, consult an attorney who specializes in commercial contracts.
