Your personal information is NEVER published. Names, addresses, driver details, SSNs, and tax IDs are stripped before any analysis occurs. We never publish full contracts or identifiable excerpts.
Anonymized data points may improve our comparisons. With your permission, we may use non-identifying data (e.g., fee percentages, contract term lengths) to improve the accuracy of our comparison tables. You are never identified.

Why Get a Review?

Most carriers sign contracts they've never fully read. Factoring agreements are complex, often 10-20 pages of legal language, and typically structured to favor the factor's interests. A plain-English review helps you understand what you actually agreed to.

We'll flag the terms that matter most:

  • What's your actual all-in rate after fees?
  • Does your UCC lien cover just receivables or all your assets?
  • What happens if you want to leave — early termination fees, notice periods, buyout clauses?
  • Is your contract auto-renewing? What's the opt-out window?
